The country of Auralis is in shambles. Their Fuhrer and the Auralite's religious leader, Kaebar du Aloes, has been overthrown by the small but formidable army of Spheron. The surviving Auralites destroyed themselves in an act of revenge, sacking their smaller neighbor. Nearly all humans are gone from the beautiful and widely varying landscapes of these two nations. Left behind are all manner of animals: dogs, cats, horses, cattle. The dogs and their wild relatives quickly take control of Auralis. Livestock have broken free of their confinement and now roam free, breeding and living as they so dictate. Witness from the eyes of the canines the devolution of civilized creatures and the crumbling of human landmarks as the land of Auralis slowly sinks into chaos.
