here we go, welcome to my funeral. without you, i don't even have a pulse. all alone it's dark & cold, with every move i die.
[/center] Millions, hundreds, thousands, perished. No, it wasn't a fire, not an earthquake, or a tsunami. It was the simple flu, or that's what it was in the beginning. First you'd vomit, then pretty soon your sight was gone. But that was nothing - after a few days of blindness, your vision would return as if it were some miracle and only one thing in your body changed, the craving for human flesh. Not to eat, but to merely rip apart until you were satisfied.
Slowly, very slowly, the population of humans drained until there were only thousands on the earth, almost all willing to take their very own life so they could rid of the terrible memories they now had embedded in there own heads. Families had literally ripped each other apart. After a few months, humans were gone.
In the used-to-be-busy town of Orlando, Florida, everything is now silent.
